- All drinks are payable at the venue and no food or drinks from outside the venue are permitted.
- REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to TL Events that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access, Dietary requirements) please notify us BEFORE the event as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee that any product is 100% free from any allergen due to the risk of cross contamination in our busy kitchen. - OUTSTANDING BILL: Please note that your ticket covers entrance to the quiz and food only.
A separate drinks bill will be issued at the end of the night, which must be settled before you leave.
Additionally, a compulsory 12.5% service charge will be added to your drinks bill. - COMMUNICATION: We love to keep you updated on the event and will contact you via the email you register with. Your tickets will be sent to this email and we will inform you of any changes so please ensure you enter your email correctly. If you do not receive your tickets after purchase please email info@TLEvents.co.uk
