Seating Arrangements
Seating is allocated by the restaurant. If booking as part of a group, please leave a note so we can seat you together.
Ticket Type & Seating
If you purchase different ticket types within the same booking (e.g., Gold & Silver tickets), you will be seated in the section corresponding to the lower-tier ticket. Regardless of ticket type, all guests will enjoy a fantastic evening!
Video Recording
Filming the event is not allowed.
Food and Drink
- The food items served on the event will be chosen by Tandoori Lounge.
- We want everyone to fully enjoy this event. If you have any allergen requirements, please inform us before the event, as we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the night.
- All drinks must be paid for at the venue
- No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Outstanding Bill:
Your ticket covers entry to the event and your meal. A separate bill for drinks will be provided, and this must be settled before leaving. A compulsory 12.5% service charge will also be added to the drinks bill.
Refund Policy
- A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or resold.
- In the event of cancellation, the booking person will be notified, and refunds will typically be processed within 7–21 business days.
- If the event is postponed, you will be contacted via phone or email with the new date, time, and venue. Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
- TL Events is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellation, postponement, or venue change.
Speakers
In the unlikely event that the guest speaker is unable to attend, we will reschedule the event or provide an alternative date. You will be contacted and given the option to attend the new date.
Age Restriction
This event is strictly 16+ only.

All event updates and tickets will be sent to the email provided at booking. Please ensure you enter your email correctly. If you do not receive your tickets, contact info@tlevents.co.uk.
