Dress Code

- Guests are required to adhere to a smart casual dress code
Seating Arrangements
- Seats will be allocated based on the ticket type purchased
- No tickets will be available on the door
- A floor plan is available, so please review this before purchasing your ticket
- Please note that the seating layout could be subject to change and is not to scale.
Food & Drink
- Food will be served as a buffet including starters, mains, and dessert
- A mixture of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available
- No outside food or drinks are permitted – anyone caught with outside food or drinks will be removed from the venue
- A payable licensed bar will be available for drinks
- All food and crockery will be cleared from tables before the live performance begins.
Refund Policy
- A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or resold
- In the event of cancellation, the person who made the booking will be notified
- Refunds will typically be processed within 7–21 business days
- If the event is postponed, you will be contacted with the new date, time, and venue; tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event
- TL Events is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellation, postponement, or venue change
Age Restriction
- This event is strictly 5 years and over only
- All guests attending must have a valid ticket
