Please take note of our Terms & Conditions:
- Ticket Sales: Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Seating Arrangements: Seating is allocated by the restaurant. If booking as part of a group, please leave a note so we can seat you together.
- Drinks & Outside Food: All drinks must be paid for at the venue, and no outside food or drinks are permitted.
- Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be re-sold.
- Special Requirements: We want everyone to fully enjoy this event. If you have any special requirements (e.g. accessibility or dietary needs), please inform us before the event, as we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the night.
- Outstanding Bill: Your ticket covers entry to the event and your meal. A separate bill for drinks will be provided, and this must be settled before leaving. A compulsory 10% service charge will also be added to the drinks bill.
- Communication: We will keep you updated about the event via the email you provide during registration. Your tickets will be sent to this email, and any changes will be communicated there, so please ensure your email is correct.
