Dress Code: Smart Casual
Guests are required to adhere to a Smart Casual dress code. If unsure, please refer to online guidelines. Entry may be refused if you do not comply with the dress code.
Seating Arrangements
All guests will be allocated a seat at a table of 10.
Sitting with Friends
If you wish to sit with friends, please provide their order number during booking. While we will do our best to accommodate seating requests, we cannot guarantee specific arrangements. Requests can also be sent to info@tlevents.co.uk.
Ticket Type & Seating
If you purchase different ticket types within the same booking (e.g., Gold & Silver tickets), you will be seated in the section corresponding to the lower-tier ticket. Regardless of ticket type, all guests will enjoy a fantastic evening!
Signatures
Autographs are exclusively available for Platinum Ticket holders.
Video Recording
Filming the event is not allowed.
Food and Drink
- Food will be served before the show. Please arrive on time, as meals cannot be provided once the show has started.
Please note: We cannot accommodate special dietary requests for this event. - All drinks must be paid for at the venue
- No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Outstanding Bill:
Your ticket covers entry to the event and your meal. A separate bill for drinks will be provided, and this must be settled before leaving. A compulsory 10% service charge will also be added to the drinks bill.
Refund Policy
- A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or resold.
- In the event of cancellation, the booking person will be notified, and refunds will typically be processed within 7–21 business days.
- If the event is postponed, you will be contacted via phone or email with the new date, time, and venue. Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
- TL Events is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellation, postponement, or venue change.
Speakers
In the unlikely event that Kevin Keegan is unable to attend, we will reschedule the event or provide an alternative date. You will be contacted and given the option to attend the new date.
Special Requirements
We want every guest to fully enjoy this event. If you have any accessibility or special requirements, please inform us before the event. Requests made on the night may not be accommodated.

This event is strictly 16+ only.
