Guests are required to adhere to a Smart Casual dress code. If unsure, please refer to online guidelines. Entry may be refused if you do not comply with the dress code.

Seating Arrangements
Seating will be allocated by Tandoori Lounge.

Ticket Type & Seating

Food and Drink

  • Starters will be served at 7.20, Please ensure you arrive on time as failure to attend on time could result in you missing a food course.
  • All drinks must be paid for at the venue
  • No outside food or drinks are permitted.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or resold.
  • In the event of cancellation, the booking person will be notified, and refunds will typically be processed within 7–21 business days.
  • If the event is postponed, you will be contacted via phone or email with the new date, time, and venue. Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
  • TL Events is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellation, postponement, or venue change.

Speakers
In the unlikely event that Apache Indian  is unable to attend, we will reschedule the event or provide an alternative date. You will be contacted and given the option to attend the new date.
